Today’s protocol
Architect · Level 1
Built from Atomic Habits + Deep Work
When After your morning coffee
Do Write 50 words in your draft notebook
Reward Check it off, then 5 min of guilt-free scrolling
Why this works: You’re stacking a tiny writing habit onto a stable routine and removing decision friction – a direct application of identity-based habits and time blocking.

How it works

Instead of giving you more information, Wersaflow builds a tiny protocol from the books you already trust – then adjusts it based on your behavior.

Step 1

Tell us your goal and “style”

Pick one focus (e.g. “write consistently”, “fix procrastination”, “rebuild discipline”) and choose your approach: Architect (systems), Drill Sergeant (hard mode), Biohacker (energy) or Therapist (mindset).

Real outcomes, not vibes Designed for busy people
Step 2

We build your daily protocol from books

The engine pulls principles across books like Atomic Habits, Deep Work, Grit, Mindset and more, then assembles a single “When X, do Y, reward Z” action just for you.

Step 3

It adapts as you execute (or don’t)

Your plans get easier if you keep skipping and harder if you’re consistent. Weekly reports show wins, misses and one concrete adjustment for the next 7 days.

No streak anxiety Level system: L1 → L3

Choose your style of change

The engine doesn’t treat everyone the same. It adapts your daily protocol to how you naturally respond: systems, pressure, physiology, or mindset. Which one feels most like you?

Archetype
Architect
Systems & environment

You think in checklists and calendars. Chaos kills your focus. You want your space, schedule and tools to make good behavior automatic.

  • Wants structure more than hype
  • Loves clear plans and templates
  • Responds to “set this up once”
Archetype
Drill Sergeant
Hard mode

You respond to pressure and challenge. You don’t want gentle nudges; you want something that calls you out and gives you a clear, hard thing to do.

  • Wants intensity over comfort
  • Feels alive when pushed
  • Responds to consequences & commitments
Archetype
Biohacker
Energy & physiology

You think in protocols, stacks and inputs. You care about sleep, focus, dopamine and using your biology to get more done with less willpower.

  • Wants science-backed routines
  • Enjoys experiments and tracking
  • Responds to “try this protocol today”
Archetype
Therapist
Mindset & behavior

You know your thoughts and emotions drive your actions. You want help breaking loops: overthinking, avoidance, low self-belief, shame after slipping.

  • Wants gentle, rational guidance
  • Needs small, safe experiments
  • Responds to reframes + micro-actions

In early access, you’ll pick one of these paths (or let the engine choose for you). Your daily protocol, difficulty and feedback are all tailored to that choice.

Who this is for

Be honest: you don’t need another book or podcast. You need something that forces you to use what you already know.

  • People who highlight books but don’t change their behavior.
  • Builders, students, and operators who want one clear action per day – not a 40-item habit tracker.
  • Anyone who respects books like Atomic Habits, Deep Work, Can’t Hurt Me – but struggles to be consistent.

Who this is not for

  • If you want motivational quotes and pretty dashboards, this is not it.
  • If you aren’t willing to do a 2–5 minute action most days, nothing will help you – including this.
  • If you’d rather binge summaries than do the work, stay with Blinkist/YouTube.

Get on the early access list

I’m building this with a small group of early users. If you want to test the engine while it’s rough but real – drop your email below.

You’ll also get a short behind-the-scenes breakdown of how the “book → daily action” engine works.

FAQ

Is this just another summary app?
No. You never read summaries inside the app. You only see one daily protocol: when to do it, what to do, and why it works – backed by specific books and authors.
Which books does it use?
The engine pulls from principles in books like Atomic Habits, Deep Work, Grit, Mindset, Essentialism, The Power of Habit and other execution-focused titles.
What do I actually do each day?
You get one primary action in a simple format: “When X, do Y, then reward Z.” It’s designed to take 2–10 minutes max. The app tracks whether you did it and adjusts future plans accordingly.
When will this launch?
I’m inviting a small group of early users first to test the engine and tune the protocols. If you’re on the list, you’ll be among the first to get access.
Will it be free?
Early access testers will get it free or heavily discounted in exchange for honest feedback. Long-term, this will be a paid product – because if you won’t invest at all, you probably won’t use it.
